The Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko hosted Miss University KENYA who had paid a courtesy call to his office. They agreed on a working relationship, through supporting the needy in the society on education and health.

The beauty icon Joan Musumba, who is a third year Student doing Economics and Statistics agreed to work on distributing sanitary towels to the girl child in the country.

She was accompanied by Hilda Wathithi - Miss Daystar (3rd year Electronic Media & Public relations), Valencia Wanjiru, Miss Zetech (Cabin Crew), Wendy Makena - Miss Kenyatta University (Environmental Science, 3rd year), Yvonne Mbula- Miss university Kenya 2nd runners up (Economics & Statistics,3rd year) and Elizabeth Thuo- Miss KCA (Bcom, 3rd year)

Customary, the Nairobi Senator had the confidence to learn a few tricks from the beauty queens on how to maintain swag, camera-roll.
